I’m a Realtor living here in Sw Florida. I moved here in ’04 from California. Got here just in time for Hurricane Charlie. I decided that although hurricanes were quite destructive, I preferred them to earthquakes. At least you know when a hurricane is coming – unlike earthquakes.
Many of my friends and clients live out of state. I decided to try to aggregate local news that relates to Real Estate for their (and your) information. Most people only see the news on the national “if it bleeds it leads” news programs. Many things happen here that aren’t reported nationally. I try to keep this site updated.
